Mocambo Café has evolved since its birth in the 1960s, when it started out as an Irani café serving beer, sandwiches and Parsi food, a second home to many office workers. Post its 2003 revamp, Mocambo Café has moved on to become a modern yet casual European eatery retaining the originality of the restaurant , serving European, and select Parsi delights such as Mutton Dhansak and Salli boti (only for lunch) and also offers chefs special delights like lobsters and baked crab shells (depending on seasonal availability) and changes as per week. It is well known for its friendly service and great food. Mocambo Cafe also offers a variety of sandwiches and burgers like the American Cowboy sandwich or the Quarter Pounder Burger and lots of other starters.
Since the opening of this restaurant, everyone from celebrities to the common man flock here to grab a bite, as is evident by their
trademark ‘Signature Wall’. The food is soul satisfying and straight from the heart, so come to Mocambo Café and relive a bit of the past.
